I spent nine days here and had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are several restaurants a short walk away, plus a convenience store on the first, ground floor with most things you might need. The reception is on the fifth floor, and there's a bus stop right outside. Busan city is a bit far away. The climate control seemed to have an issue, since the temperature didn't adjust to the setting.

Our Cartier watch was stolen from our luggage in December 2024. Please be careful around this hotel and its staff. It seems that foreigners get targeted, as happens in most of Korea.

It was 16C outside, yet my room was 26C and the bathroom felt even hotter. I woke up after sweating through the night, with the tiny window cracked open just to take the edge off. The front desk clerk and an engineer both came in and said the AC was running as hard as it could and they'd checked the system multiple times. I booked four nights, and this situation is absurd. My suspicion is that they're repeatedly lying about the air conditioning in this brand new hotel, or that the engineer persuaded management to hire him without knowing how to maintain an AC system.

The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I've had. The front desk was helpful too: while I was already in Singapore, I asked for a receipt copy and they emailed it as promised. Downtown is a couple of kilometres away. Checking in was confusing at first because the ground floor only has a convenience store, with reception upstairs, so guests need to take the lift.
