My room faced away from the road, so it was quiet, and there's a 24/7 shop downstairs in the building. Check-in was easy: send your passport details and they give you the door PIN. The room had everything I needed, including a washing machine and dryer, which came in very handy. The toilet seat was heated too, a nice touch. I can definitely recommend Urbanstay.

The location is the main draw. It's under a three-minute walk from Seomyeon Station Exit 12, which has an elevator, and luggage storage is available on level 2 and level 14 before check-in or after checkout. The email with check-in details only came less than 24 hours beforehand, though the process itself was straightforward. The room was an acceptable size for a few days, if not especially spacious, and it had a kitchen and washing machine. The toilet is tiny, just enough room for one adult. One issue: the kitchen sink backs up when a lot of water is used or when the washing machine is running. Comfortable enough if location matters more to you than comfort.

The apartment had a washing machine and fridge, and the location in Busan was great. Mine faced the main road on a lower floor, so it could get pretty noisy. The cleaning hadn't been done very well, either.

For a reasonable price, this was a clean, tidy stay right in central Busan, with a nicely designed interior and a good view. It had a hair dryer, steam iron, drying rack, kitchenware, washing machine, fridge and TV. The self check-in and checkout system was well organized. Wi-Fi was slow, though.

There was a kitchen and washing machine in the room. I couldn't work out the underfloor heating, so I was cold. Still, I was satisfied overall.
