Ganeung Sangsang Spa Pension

Everything else was really nice, but I felt awful seeing the dog kept tied up on the slope to the right of the pension, facing it. Its bowl was mossy, and it was getting soaked in the rain. I gave it some chicken breast, and it seemed as if it had never had anything like that before. It nibbled, put it down a few times, then finally ate it. There’s a fence around the pension, so I don’t understand why the owner doesn’t keep the dog in there. It seemed to love people so much. It was heartbreaking.
