The actual rate they asked for was 60,000 won, more than the online price. The rooms feel very cold in this old building, and from 9 a.m. there’s a steady thumping from construction workers, or maybe just the place being neglected. The service has a very laid-back Chungcheong-do style that seems completely unaware of the guests.
