Great location and a comfortable place. I stayed 12 nights.

The view is great, and the room is clean. The bathroom is nice too.

After work, staying here is convenient since it’s right across from City Hall. There’s also a big pond that’s lovely for an after-dinner walk. The rooms felt older and weren’t as clean as I’d expected.

The room was clean and neat, and you can catch a glimpse of the lake from this nice place. The owners were very kind, which is why I stayed even though I’d thought about canceling over the parking issue. The bathroom doesn’t have a separate area, so sounds carry completely, which felt a little embarrassing. I also wasn’t keen on the paint-splatter-style pattern on the curtains and bedding. The room door opens inward, which made getting in and out awkward. I wonder if that’s okay for fire safety. The parking trouble wasn’t really the accommodation’s fault, but I couldn’t communicate with the building’s parking attendant. The mechanical parking notice says vehicles over 1,600 kg aren’t allowed. He insisted I park anyway, saying there’d never been a problem and he’d take responsibility, then told me to park outside the building if I didn’t like that. If you’re driving, you may need to look at outside parking nearby, such as Seongsan Art Hall. It shouldn’t be an issue if your car is 1,600 kg or under and can use the mechanical parking. An older woman checked me in. When I called to ask about check-in, an older man answered, and the owner I spoke with about parking seemed younger than him, so I wondered if they might be family.
