Toyoko Inn Changwon

The rooms and bathrooms are quite compact, with little room to move around if you have several suitcases, so they may not suit anyone prone to claustrophobia. They provide body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand towels, and bath towels, but no toothbrush or toothpaste, so bring your own. There's also a Japanese-style bidet. At this Toyoko Inn branch, I'm not sure whether they store luggage before check-in or after checkout, though that's usually available at other locations. Parking is included, which is handy if you're driving. I've been impressed by how Toyoko Inns around Korea look after travelers. They have clean rooms, laundry facilities, luggage storage at other locations, shower supplies, a fridge, kettle, slippers, towels, hangers, and dependable heating and air conditioning. Breakfast is a buffet with Korean dishes, toast, salads, fruit, soup, and congee. It's satisfying. Check-in at 3-4pm and checkout at 10am can be inconvenient, though. Overall, it's good value and a convenient, clean place to rest while traveling.

Breakfast is really good, and the cooks are so kind. The rooms are a bit small but convenient. Just wish checkout wasn't as early as 10am. A decent place to stay in Changwon.

Fine for a night or two. It's like an Ibis-style Japanese business hotel, but the quality is much better. My room faced the wall of the opposite building, so the view was bad. Breakfast had nothing for a European, just one kind of bread with artificial jam and juice.

The ground-floor cafeteria served me well. The hotel's best point is its cozy vibe.
