The hotel’s decor and surroundings need updating. The state of the facilities makes the Ramada name look worse.

You can go up to the rooftop, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. Good hotel.

We felt safe and comfortable here, and for the first time it really felt like we were staying in a hotel. The bed was a bit small and could be more comfortable. They provided an A/C remote, but there was no safe in the room. The location was okay, though there weren’t many dining options and most seemed aimed at locals. Gravity Cafe at the hotel opens at 10am, which felt late for morning coffee, but the coffee was good. No views. Still, we had a safe and comfortable stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We didn’t hear much noise from other hotel guests. But having to keep the windows open for cool air meant dealing with subway noise, bright lights, poor air quality in that part of South Korea while we were there, and high humidity. For the first two nights there was no A/C option, despite there being an air conditioner in the room. We got a couple of hours of air-conditioning on the third night, and only from the fourth day could we use it whenever we wanted. The hotel controls the A/C, so once the outdoor temperature dropped, the option disappeared. We also had to leave our room for two hours during the stay. We went to the hotel coffee café and bought drinks and snacks, then found out we had to leave there too while they worked on the electricity throughout the hotel. The TV gave us trouble for three days before they “fixed” it. But whenever we took our card out of the slot, the electricity shut off and the TV went back to being unusable. I’d avoid this hotel for an extended stay.
