I was very satisfied and would stay here again, 100000% recommended. The location was convenient, breakfast excellent, and service good. The staff were very friendly, especially Max, who helped me a lot with food and Korean traditions. His English was excellent, easy to understand, and helpful. I'd rate it 9/10.

The city views were amazing, and the customer service was excellent. There's no need to go outside to reach the subway: take the elevator to B2 and walk through the underground mall to the red line. It's a great central spot, with tons of places to eat nearby.

The breakfast was one of the best selections I've ever had, though it's a pity you can't try everything on offer. My room was larger than average for comparable hotels, very comfortable, and clean. The service was friendly too.

I stayed for two weeks, and the staff were friendly and helpful every day. The room was nice and the amenities were more than enough. There were a few quirks, but they were minor and may or may not matter to different guests. With the price quite low compared with other hotels of this caliber, I think you get more than you pay for. Probably one of my best hotel stays.

I was given a free upgrade to a suite, and it was awesome. It felt like a small apartment, with everything I needed close at hand, plus useful features and free WiFi. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I do wish breakfast had been included for the nightly cost, since the two other Korean hotels I stayed at on this trip both offered it free. Still, I'd recommend this hotel.
