Qvist Hotel

Bogun-ri is about a 10-minute walk away, or just a 2-minute bike ride, and has plenty of restaurants, including Chinese, Japanese, Turkish, and American-style fast food. There's also a 24-hour gym and buses to Seoul twice a day. Hanjin-ri, a quaint little town by the water, was a nice spot for a river bike ride after work. The hotel has bikes guests can use, which made getting to either town for meals or the gym easy. Corporate guests can also get short-distance van rides as far as Hyundai Steel or Sapgyoho. I was in the area for work at a nearby factory, so the location suited me perfectly. Though it's on a main road, the rooms are quiet. They're clean, modern, and well maintained, with plenty of space in both the bedroom and bathroom. The air conditioning is strong, the shower and tub are nice, and the bed is comfortable, though the mattress is a little firm. WiFi was fast. The hotel offers laundry service: you can't wash clothes yourself, but can take them in a basket to the main office for cleaning. Breakfast was hearty and quite good, with Korean and American options. The breakfast area connects to a 7-11, which was handy for snacks and drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. If work brings me back to this area, I'll definitely stay at the Qvist Hotel again.

The bed was really uncomfortable, and the rooms weren't well maintained. It's a basic place for workers, with no meals provided.

For this area, the Q hotel is a good option. They provide rides to and from local businesses.
