The woman at the counter was rude, and the room itself wasn't in good shape. There were cockroaches in it, too. Someone working in service should have had customer service training.
8/10
For the price, this was a great deal. The facilities and cleanliness felt on par with a business hotel, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.
6/10
It's neat and comfortable, and valet parking is available in the tower parking lot. Being beside an entertainment district does mean there's noise at night.
6/10
Nothing out of the ordinary, but clean.
