There's a CU, daiso, and bus stops close by, including an airport bus, though the train station isn't nearby. They offer housekeeping every day of your stay. The room itself was old and not kept up well: bathroom grout was dirty, there was dirt on the walls, and the chair's leather had cracks. The TV remote didn't work, and there was no remote for the AC.
The room's strong cigarette smell made me uncomfortable within minutes, and the place felt unclean. It was dark, old, and run-down, nothing like the atmospheric look in the photos. I booked two nights, but after raising the room's condition with the front desk, I was offered a cancellation or a room change. In the end, they refunded just one night, and I got back only around 30% of the total I paid. That felt very unreasonable. This was the worst stay of my Korea trip, and I strongly recommend avoiding it. I later moved to a nearby hotel that looked much more upscale for only about 20,000 KRW more. It had a bathtub, and the difference in cleanliness, comfort, and the whole experience was huge. The other hotel was better in every way. With such a small price difference, I really think you should stay elsewhere or you'll probably regret booking here.
The room was super clean, and the modern interior looked nice. I can't believe I could stay somewhere like this at this price. Maybe the discount was because the outside of the building looks old. They even have room service, which is nice since there weren't many places to eat nearby. I love it!
