It's a beautiful Hanok in a great location, but the owner was unfriendly when I couldn't speak Korean. The guest rooms have no soundproofing, so you can hear everything and should expect to be woken around 6 a.m.

You get to stay in a traditional Korean hanok surrounded by rice paddies and a farming village, which is lovely. It's quite a way from town, though, and buses don't come often. If you're relying on public transport, plan your trip to the train station ahead of time. They also didn't provide room service during our two-night stay.

The room is basic and small, but clean, with space for two and its own bathroom. It has air-conditioning and hot water for showers. Breakfast is DIY, with eggs, bread, cereal, milk, an apple, coffee, and cup noodles. You can walk to downtown in about 15 minutes if you don't mind the distance. A taxi to the train station costs under 20,000 won, and downtown is under 5,000 won by taxi.

A cozy, comfortable traditional Korean inn, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is self-serve, with things like toast, eggs, and ramen. The only drawback for me was that the towels were a bit small for an adult.

Getting to the main sights takes a bit of a walk. The rooms are traditional Korean style, with blankets on heated floors, and breakfast is very limited and basic.
