I happened to stay here when it first opened and never got around to saying how much I liked it. The location is fun, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. In winter, the heated floors were such a nice touch. As someone from Florida, I was grateful for them with every step and whenever I got out of bed.

The room type and the underfloor heating you get for the price are both excellent. My wife especially recommends the heating. We had a fantastic five-day, four-night stay in Seoul.

The lobby is lovely, and the lobby staff gave top-notch service. I also liked the heated pool, the items for sale at the shop beside it, and the heaters they switch on when it's cold. The cherry blossoms on the busy streets in front of and behind the hotel were pretty, too. It seems like a nice place to visit at least once on a trip to Wolmido. Just keep in mind that on weekdays the shops in the Wolmido shopping district open late, and many street vendors are closed. The view, location, parking, and room size were all pretty good. The amenities were okay as well. But the hygiene was really poor in my room. Hair and dust had been left in the corners, and there was a huge amount of hair behind the bathtub. I know people have different standards, but basic cleanliness is something everyone expects. Maybe it was only the room I had. I was satisfied overall, haha.
