It was nice.

The bedding had cigarette burns, the cleaning was a mess, and bugs came out of the bathtub. I booked a VIP room, but the whirlpool smelled bad and the tub was terribly cleaned. I left after just 30 minutes and, of course, didn't get a refund.

The room was very cold, and the staff were unfriendly. When I called to complain, nobody answered. This falls below the basic standard for service.

For the price, the room felt cramped. There are much better places out there.
