The room was decent, and breakfast had a pretty good mix of Asian and Western food. It’s also convenient if you need to get to Incheon International Airport. But we expected more from a four-star Holiday Inn. There were two strands of hair in the toilet sink, which made us wonder if it had been cleaned before check-in. I called the front desk, and the woman kept saying she’d check something and call back. I asked her to send someone to clean it, but she wasn’t helpful. The service was terrible for a four-star hotel.

I read a review saying the AC gets switched off at midnight, so I booked somewhere nearby instead. No thanks, Holiday Inn. Do better.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Staff were polite and helpful, so I had a really satisfying stay. I’d come back.

Check-in is on the 19th floor, and the staff were polite and professional. We had a king suite on the 17th floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows along the entire side wall and an amazing view of Central Park and the city. Train access, stores, food, and Central Park are all nearby.

We booked because the ad said there was air conditioning, but apparently it doesn’t work after 10 p.m. and can’t be used again until after 12 p.m. That makes no sense when I’m trying to sleep. When I went to the 19th-floor check-in lobby, the AC was down there too. They said people were coming to fix it, but someone was lying to me. They gave me a fan for the heat, but it was broken and I had to rig it to work. Endeavor wasted three hours of my time, then still tried to charge me $15 per hour for late checkout. I had to call myself to get the charge waived. I’m over it. I’m not coming back.
