Being close to the airport and right by the sea is a great combination, with plenty of eateries and a mid-size shop nearby. The building is tall and white, with a nice retro, almost historic feel, and it was easy to find. The hotel is unmanned, probably to keep costs down, but that wasn't a problem. Our room was clean and really spacious, and the ocean view was gorgeous, with the waves crashing just across the road. They only provide small face towels, no bath towels, though those were enough for us. There's a Starbucks on the ground floor, though I'm not sure whether it's the anchor tenant or shares the building with the hotel. Parking seemed a little limited, but may extend around the back.

Our room was spacious and well equipped, and the hotel is handy for the beach, airport, restaurants, and a convenience store. Woojun lee was especially friendly and helpful during our one-night stay. He spoke English fluently, answered our questions about the nearest gas station and bus services, and even went out of his way to book us a cab for our early flight from jeju.

We had a clean, spacious room and a good shower for the night before our flight. The hotel is near the airport, above a Starbucks.

The view was nice, though it was super windy. Parking was difficult, and on our first day the power tripped just as we were about to take the lift up.

Just to be clear, this is a hotel, not an Italian restaurant. The staff were friendly, the rooms big and clean, and the location good.
