The room and bathroom floors were dirty, and nothing felt neat or tidy. The bunk mattresses were the biggest problem: all four kept making uncomfortable noises through the night, waking people up again and again. Staff were loud in the hallway, too. There weren't enough face towels, and if you didn't ask right after checking in, nobody seemed to care whether you got one. You have to request both towels and a hair dryer. The staff acted more like customers than managers, and nobody seemed concerned about guests.

There are plenty of shared spaces for hanging out, and guests can use the kitchen for simple food like ramen. A washing machine is available for a small fee, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Linden Guesthouse takes up the 6th and 7th floors, with a working elevator. It's centrally located, and there's a bus stop right outside. The rooms may be a bit small.

The room and common room are nice, and the place has a good feel to it. The staff are helpful and friendly, and they speak English well. They also keep utensils just for Muslim guests, so there's no need to worry about your food mixing with non-halal food. I'd definitely book here again. #muslimfriendlyhostel #jejuisland

It feels like home in this lovely guesthouse. They have movie nights every day, and you can get snacks there too. The staff are young, friendly, and speak English. At first I was a little confused because I hadn't read the information on KakaoTalk, which I had to translate from Korean.

There are guesthouse, private room, and hostel options, and you can make your own breakfast with the kitchen facilities. The windows don't offer much of a view, but for the price and service this place feels like a heaven for budget travelers. Cozy and comfortable.
