The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet enough, though there was an odd buzzing sound. Water pressure was good, and the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion smelled amazing. I liked having a bathtub, but there were strange raised bumps on its bottom. The 7-eleven on B1 was a bit disappointing, while the person working the counter was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing was terrible, but compared with other hotels nearby, I expected more for this price. There wasn’t a guest microwave anywhere in the hotel, and they wouldn’t let me use the one in the restaurant. I also only had a paper cup. The pool came with an extra fee depending on the room, which I haven’t encountered at other hotels I’ve stayed in. When I asked for a rental car recommendation, they couldn’t suggest one. I later found out that Lotte, the same company as the hotel, has a Lotte car rental with a cross discount.

The room was spotless but dated, and our room 1807 had a mountain view. Shops, cafes, and public buses are all convenient from here. The shuttle only goes to the airport, with no pickup, though catching a bus from the airport is easy. My main complaint was the air conditioning. We had to set it to 15c to feel any cool air, and I wouldn’t want to stay in that room in summer. The front desk said they’d cleaned the filters, but it still wasn’t working well. My hormones did not like it.

The laundry facilities alone made the stay worthwhile for me. The room was clean, modern, and smelled good. Parking was easy, and the roads to the shopping district were close by.

We found it easy to get around on our first trip to Jeju, and the hotel was comfortable and very convenient. Shopping areas, cafes, and other restaurants are just a short walk away. There’s also a laundry room guests can use.
