Ra Hotel

The bathroom incident was the last straw. In the morning, my family let the cleaning lady in to take the garbage, and she opened the closed bathroom door without knocking while someone was using the toilet. There’s no lock on that door either. I’m definitely not coming back. The night before, the room had been far too hot. Since it was winter, they’d removed all the air conditioning remotes and turned up the floor heating, which we couldn’t switch off. Around 9pm I went to the empty front desk, knocked and yelled, but nobody came. I checked the room again for a remote, found nothing, and returned to shout louder. A guy who looked drunk and had been asleep finally appeared. He refused to give me an AC remote and said we couldn’t turn off the floor heating. Then he told me to open the door, apparently so the hotel could save electricity on AC. We opened the window and had to put up with street noise all night. Quite possibly my worst hotel experience.
