We stayed here the night before our flight because it’s close to the airport, and it turned out to be a nice area to explore a little too. There are lots of cafes, and the hotel is right on the rainbow road Hudson avenue. It faces west, so get there before sunset for a lovely view. The staff were friendly, thoughtful and helpful. They noticed we had two kids and brought extra towels and water. In the morning, they gave us a ride to the airport.
The ocean-facing window is lovely to wake up to, and it makes for beautiful photos. The room also has marble floors that feel really warm, a nice bathroom and a large toilet. Being in Dodudong makes it close to the airport, which was convenient.
The view and location are nice, and the heating works well, which made the stay decent. The bathroom sewer smell was pretty hard to deal with, though.
It’s right by the beach and close to Jeju Airport, with rates around 60,000-70,000 won a day. The place isn’t maintained as well as a hotel, and the staff weren’t especially friendly.
It was clean, quiet, safe, and such a good price. Watching the sunset by the window, with the waves outside, left me feeling peaceful. I’ll miss New York for the rest of my life.
