Jinju Brooks Hotel

Several groups were already waiting to check in when I got there, even though they had reservations too. I’d booked clearly and called that same day to confirm, but it still took hours to get my refund. I’m never going back.

The price is reasonable, and although it’s a bit far away, it’s quiet. It can get loud, though, and I still like it.

The room itself is in pretty good shape, and having simple snacks available is nice. My twin room felt narrower than twin rooms at other Jinju motels, and the translucent bathroom glass made it awkward to use. It costs 10,000 won more than nearby hotels, but I think it’s worth paying.

The room stays warm for a long time once the cold weather sets in, which I really love. Other places I’ve stayed get chilly toward dawn. I came back after quite a while, and I’m already feeling relaxed. The rooms are in such good condition that this is where I try to stay when I’m on a business trip in Jinju. Just a heads-up, all that warmth can make the room dry, so you can deal with that as needed, haha.
