There are 35 rooms in all, 33 doubles and 2 singles. The rooms are comfortable and modern, and the atmosphere is quiet and arctic.

The room is clean whenever I stay, and everything's fine.

A nice place to stay. I got what I paid for.

The owner was friendly, and there are plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. Getting in by car takes care since the entrance is narrow. The room was cleaned fairly well, though it had a slight odor, and the furnishings seem dated enough that remodeling may be due.

For what it costs, this room is really bad. It was my first stay somewhere with no windows. The desk was so dusty that a tissue came away black even after I wiped it. The pillowcase had holes, and the bathroom floor was very dirty. The underground parking was so cramped I could barely get the Starex in.
