I liked the basic kitchen facilities and was able to make ramen. The IPTV was excellent too, so I didn’t get bored. It’s in a quiet, secluded spot, which suited the weekday business trip and let me enjoy the peace.

It’s inexpensive, and Yongpyong Resort and Alpensia are nearby. But the spa wasn’t available on the day I stayed, and there’s nothing within walking distance. You absolutely need a car.

The bed was soft, and I liked that the bathroom was heated, which made showering comfortable.
