Green Hill House

The host was lovely, and the place felt very cozy with a nice view.

The Apple Mint room was spacious enough for four of us, even though it’s meant for two and we added extra people. I also liked that BBQ was provided. It’s clean, close to Seongsan and Udo, and the staff are friendly. One thing to know: at least in our room, the hot water comes from a tank, so it might run out if several people shower or take a long time.

The owner was already drunk, and after driving along Jeju’s dark mountain roads, we arrived at this exotic, clean, comfortable place. It’s nice to take your time and reminisce in the comic book store the owner runs, or relax in the shade of the garden palm trees.

The view and the independent accommodations are advantages, as other reviews say. But the heating takes a long time, even in winter, and the water tank is small, so hot water is limited. After two people shower, the next person has to wait 50 minutes. The shower and toilet room also gets humid because there’s no ventilation.
