Jeju Color In Jeju Pension

I rarely write reviews, but my parents, my younger sibling in their 20s, and I were all happy with our trip to Jeju Island. I stayed at Rosemary for two nights and three days, and we had a great trip. The bedroom looked out toward Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak. The ocean was a bit far away, but the view was still good. Most of the room was clean and nice, and there were plenty of useful amenities: a capsule coffee machine, water purifier, lots of kitchenware, Bluetooth speaker, a separate plastic bag, and a large, nice refrigerator. During peak season, I doubt you'd find this quality at this price elsewhere. I'm not sure about the other accommodations in Color in Jeju, but I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a private pension.

You do need a car, but Seongsan Ilchulbong parking lot is only 10 minutes away. The rooms and bedding are spacious and clean, and the garden and facilities feel truly relaxing. It looks like the swimming pool in front of the room would be available in summer. I simply can't help recommending this place.

The bathroom is the biggest problem: ventilation is poor and there's a lot of mold. The glass bathroom door isn't airtight, so you can hear everything when someone uses the toilet. There's a double curtain, but it doesn't block the sound. There is another outdoor toilet for emergencies, but I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're with close family. I thought the bathroom mold was especially serious. The visible areas are tidy, but they don't seem to pay attention to dust in the corners or bathroom mold. On the plus side, there's a swimming pool, washer and dryer, convenient parking, a beautiful garden, an affectionate kitten, a spacious closet, Wi-Fi, and Hanaro Mart nearby. The bedding and towels are clean. But the pool is dirty, with bugs and leaves that you have to clear away before swimming. The loft stairs are steep. The TV doesn't support SmartShare, and there's no power outlet by the sink, so you can't dry your hair while looking in the mirror. I'd bring my own mirror.

The secluded setting gives it a cozy feel, and the view is nice. The room itself seemed old and damp, though, and despite the name, the colors weren't especially appealing. Breakfast was just basic toast.
