The room itself was quite nice, and they replenished the towels daily. Breakfast was limited to toast, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, boiled eggs, bananas, and apples. The staff don’t speak English. The inn is in a rural area, and the roads are extremely narrow and unlit. Getting a car turned around for parking takes a huge multi-point maneuver. I mentioned this to help future visitors, especially people coming from North America, who may find the drive difficult. I never blamed the inn for the road or said parking was unavailable. The owner’s response suggested we should have stayed at a city hotel, which I found ridiculous, and criticized my English. That response changed my mind, and I definitely can’t recommend the place now.

The jacuzzi was heaven, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It felt like a home away from home, with plenty of space and a comfortable feel. Breakfast was simple, healthy, and tasty. We could easily have stayed longer.

I stayed at Jejueco Suites for seven days and came away thinking it’s seriously overrated. The location is convenient if you’re driving, and the room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. There didn’t seem to be enough staff. The lobby closes at night, so be ready to handle things yourself, and even during the day there wasn’t always anyone at the counter. When I asked for help, staff came across as condescending, and I felt they treated local guests better than foreigners. Bring an umbrella if you can. They had only a few, or broken ones, and when it rained staff told me to buy one at eMart. Who has room to bring enough umbrellas for an overseas trip?
