We chose this place for our wedding anniversary after seeing a promotional video for a 7-star resort in Jeju. It was luxurious enough for us to enjoy a proper hotel vacation, with a fantastic view and sweet staff. The reception, restaurant, and cleaning staff were all kind and welcoming. The Warm Water Pool was the warmest one I've visited in Jeju Island, so even the rain in the middle of winter didn't stop us from using it. We also enjoyed the complimentary baked sweet potatoes and fish cakes. Breakfast was satisfying and felt worthy of a seven-star resort. I only wish the gym opened a little earlier so we could use it in the morning. I hope they keep up this service for a long time.

They leave a box with towels and other hygiene supplies outside the room when Do Not Disturb is on. That was a good touch, and the place seems well managed.

We had a great rest on our family trip. The facilities were very clean, and the heated pool was perfect. Staff were friendly, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Lots of families come here, especially people traveling with their parents. It's somewhere I'd like to keep staying.
