The only hitch was that renovation work started in the main lobby on my second day, so getting around meant taking a longer route through two elevators. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels around the world, and this has been the best so far. The rooms are new, spacious, and nicely designed. Staff were nice, the gym was well equipped, and the swimming pool was nice. Breakfast offered plenty to choose from, including traditional Korean dishes and standard “European” options.

The location made things easy. Hyundai department store is next door, Lotte center is a short walk away, and there are restaurants, convenience stores, buses, and the subway nearby. My premium room had modern decor and a comfortable bathtub. The bed was comfy, too, and there were plenty of plugs and USB ports, so I was fine without an adapter. The bathroom amenities smelled nice. Check-in was quick and smooth. There’s a large indoor pool and a nice gym. The smart TV had YouTube, Netflix, and web surfing. Amazing hotel, very nice stay.

I stayed three nights after checking in on 21 October 2025. The room rate was quite high, and the male receptionist wasn’t very friendly when I arrived, which was disappointing. I looked into the area more afterward and found better alternatives for a similar or lower price. If I come back, I’ll stay somewhere else.

The breakfast was amazing, especially the wide range of pan-Asian dishes. I’d skip the American-style options and try the dim sum and braised walnuts.
