The subway station is very close, and there are lots of bus stops and places to eat nearby. We stayed for about two weeks, heading off to other cities on weekends and returning during the week. My family felt very welcome, and after a while the staff felt familiar enough that the place felt like home. The rooms were nice, especially the one with a jacuzzi. The basement gym was small but looked clean. One odd thing: the “Conference Room” downstairs seemed to be a very messy storage room. Breakfast hasn’t been available since the pandemic, and it doesn’t seem like they plan to bring it back, though there are plenty of food options around.

The free shuttle to AK plaza / Bus terminal is handy if you don’t know the area yet. Julie at the front desk was friendly and ready to help. It’s in a pleasant part of town with plenty of nearby local restaurants and shops, and the breakfast buffet was very nice. The room was basic but presentable, making this a good fit for a business stay.

The room was okay, though it wasn’t especially clean. The location makes getting around easy: Lotte Mart is right across the street, with restaurants and Starbucks nearby. AK Plaza and the subway station inside it are about a five-minute walk away. The hotel also offers a free ride to the limousine bus stop beside AK Plaza, where buses go to ICN and the city airport. There’s a park along the creek nearby too. A basic business hotel in a great spot.

We found exposed electrical wires under the table, which felt dangerous, and there was no convenient outlet for charging my phone. The only one I found was behind a side table, hard to reach unless I moved it. The staff were unfriendly at first, which made our visit unpleasant, and the price felt high for the location. It might work for one night, but I wouldn’t recommend it to foreigners.

The reception staff were helpful and gave useful information for tourists. The hotel was very clean. For central Seoul, express buses 9400 and 9401 are available, and both go all the way to The imperial palace.
