Skypark Central Seoul Pangyo

I was here on a business trip. The location is great, the room is big, and the check-in staff were very nice. They let us check in early because the room was available. The breakfast could use some improvement. It was the same menu every day, and after four nights I was getting bored 😅

The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are kind, and there’s a gym and self-service laundry in the basement. I also love the location, with an easy walk to Seohyeon station. But the rooms were unbearably hot, making for a very uncomfortable night’s sleep, so unfortunately we won’t return. On both stays, at different times of year, the temperature was stuck at 24-25 degrees Celsius with no way to lower it. When we asked at the front desk, they just told us to turn it off. I think all the rooms may be on some kind of automatic temperature setting.

Our reservation was cancelled without an explanation, probably because of overbooking, and we were charged cancellation fees. We’re contesting this through mediation channels. Please be aware that a reservation here may not be guaranteed. That doesn’t match the image the hotel wants to present.

We stayed with our one-year-old, and the rooftop pool was a real highlight. The rooms were clean, the service was great, and the price felt fantastic for what we got.
