The staff were such lovely people, really kind and ready to help. We managed fine with a translation app when some of them didn't speak English. Everything was clean, from the room to the shared areas, and the location made getting around easy: under five minutes to the subway, buses right outside, and loads of places to shop and eat. Subway noise didn't bother me. My room was compact but laid out well for one person, with a surprisingly roomy bathroom, a great shower, a comfortable bed, and nice toiletries and robes. There wasn't wardrobe space, though I could ask for extra hangers. The back garden was a relaxing spot for coffee, and I liked having hot water in the lobby. I'd happily return and recommend it.

Keeping costs down mattered most to our group. Trains did interrupt a peaceful night's sleep, though some of us found the sound funny and it reminded us of back out west. Clean, efficient, near transport, and kind to customers. That was crucial.

The room was compact, but thoughtfully arranged: the toilet was separate from the bathroom, leaving the bed, TV, and a table for belongings in the main area. I liked the distinctive design, modern facilities, and intimate feel, and it seems suited to travelers watching their budget. A nearby, simple and affordable Chinese restaurant also made my stay more enjoyable. Its jjajangmyeon and jjambbong were truly delicious.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was very clean. I also found the staff friendly and helpful, which made my stay even nicer. The subway was very close, and getting around from the location was super convenient. I’d definitely recommend it.
