I had a genuine medical emergency and, because of a leg injury, my doctor said I couldn't travel. I provided a doctor's certificate, but the hotel still charged the full $850 even though I never checked in, and refused even a small refund. They showed no compassion for my situation. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

The front desk staff were so kind that I felt at home. I'm already thinking about coming back on my next trip.

The room had very basic facilities, but the front desk service made up for it. They were so welcoming, it felt like visiting relatives, and I have to give them a thumbs up. The hotel is also very close to Dongdaemun.
