For a good price, you get a kitchen, a bed with extra linen in the closet, and lots of handmade hangers. It's close to a 24/7 GS25 and, if I'm remembering right, Apgujeong station. I didn't hear the neighbors, and there was enough room for the little luggage I had. The bed was long enough for me at over 1.8 m, though the room itself was very tight. The toilet and shower share a 70x70 cm space, which isn't convenient, but the price made it worthwhile. It gets very hot in summer, even when the outdoor temperature is lower than inside. Check-in is after 12:00. The owner isn't always there, but she left a phone number on the door.

The place felt relatively safe, and maybe it suits students studying for exams or busy professionals. The surroundings in Apgujeong are different from other areas, so you might want to see them for yourself. But I wouldn't recommend staying here as a traveler. The space is too small if you're shopping, and the landlady seemed to keep an eye on us constantly. That extreme environment might make you more humble, I suppose. I booked online and was told to pay cash at the property, then they tried to charge extra. After reading reviews, I suspected the landlady might use a low online price to attract guests. She said the website had listed the wrong price. When I insisted it was a problem between her and the website, she told me to cancel the online booking, then dropped the extra charge. If you don't speak the language, I suggest avoiding the place to spare yourself an unpleasant experience.
