Chungmuro station is very close, which made getting around easy. They also put out a light breakfast of bread, boiled eggs, juice, and coffee, and provide toiletries and a hair dryer. The staff were friendly and nice. Rooms are quite small, with the attached bathroom taking up nearly a third of the space, so I'd say it works for a short, budget stay in Seoul.

The only real plus was being close to Chungmuro station, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Just be aware they were all closed on Sunday, the one day we stayed. Finding the hotel was difficult since its name is tucked away, and the place feels like someone's house converted into a hotel. The room was one of the smallest I've ever seen. The towels were very old, and the bathroom has a toilet with almost no room to shower. Everything gets soaked, including the toilet seat and tissues.

Bring in mind there’s no elevator, so lots of luggage could be a problem. The rooms are tiny, and the bathroom is too. Breakfast is toast, cooked eggs, orange juice, and coffee. The eggs aren't like Western-style eggs, they're more yellow and tasted a little off to me.

The bed was kind of comfortable, and the location is handy. But this place wasn't clean, which was a problem for me since all I really need is a comfortable, clean bed and somewhere to shower. The room is tiny, as expected, and the bathroom is basically a toilet with a shower head above it, with no room to shower comfortably. The floor was dusty and the pillow didn't seem clean. The street outside smells really bad, and there's no elevator.

There are cafés and 24-hour convenience stores around, including 7-Eleven, and it's about a five-minute walk to the nearest subway. Myeongdong is one stop away. The hotel is tucked behind the main street, and the room was extremely cramped, about 10 feet long by 6 feet wide, with hardly any space to move. They provide heaters and breakfast, but it's a walk-up travelers' hotel. I'd have picked somewhere else because of the cramped room.
