The location was a big plus, right in the middle of myeongdong walking street with plenty of shops and tourists around. I stayed in a four-person bunk room. It was clean and smelled nice, and the curtains closed all the way. Being able to open the window helped air it out. The showers are downstairs in the basement, with a sauna and hot bath area too. I left my wallet in the Ground level toilet when I checked in. A Korean guest found it and handed it to the front desk, and the Korean guy with glasses there kept it safe for me. I really appreciated that. A few practical details: the shared fridge is at B1, and there's a kitchen with cups, a microwave, and plates. The showers and urinal are in separate rooms, and the shower room has soap, a hairdryer, and sandals. They provide a small towel and let you swap it daily. It'd be great if the rooftop could stay open 24 hours so guests could hang out there. I'd definitely come back.

There was no noise while I was there, and the location was easy to find. A few doors away there's an amazing breakfast store. Beds A and C are the furthest from the door. This is a capsule hotel, and it was much better than others I've stayed in here and in Japan. Just don't expect a hotel-style stay or toiletries. As with any shared accommodation, the other guests can affect your experience, so keep your expectations realistic and you'll love it.

I left four days before checkout because the place was that bad. Staff didn't seem to care, and they wouldn't clean or refund me. The facilities were filthy: disgusting toilets, showers that stank and had mould, and rooms that were too hot. The air conditioner was locked at 23 degrees, so customers had to pay an extra $10 for a lower bunk. The beds themselves were spacious and comfortable. That's about the only good point. It felt like a superficial, greedy tourist trap.

The location was probably the best part of this hostel. Inside, though, it felt cold and made it hard to meet people. The bathrooms on each floor had no counter space, and the kitchen and hangout area were tiny and uninviting. I liked the large bunks and their curtains, but I probably wouldn't stay at this location again.

For the price, I found cheaper hostels with better facilities and fewer restrictions. This place felt overpriced. Guests can't eat outside food in the kitchen, and the common areas can't be used before check-in or after check-out. The only accessible shared space was a very small area on the ground floor of the five-story building. The nice-looking first-floor room in the promotional photos costs extra, which felt misleading. The kitchen was barely equipped, just a water dispenser and microwave, with no utensils, plates, or bowls. I stayed from March to April. Staff initially said the rooftop would open in April, but it never did during my stay. I saw movies being projected upstairs sometimes, so the space seemed usable. If it was being kept closed to reduce maintenance, it shouldn't have been advertised as an available common area. There was only one shower area in the whole building, on the ground floor. It was very inconvenient and could get quite dirty at busy times. The women's restroom also often ran out of paper towels. They weren't refilled around 80% of the time.
