The doorman really stood out. He kept an eye on our luggage after checkout, and when our Uber driver got lost and called us, he spoke Korean to guide the driver. The staff all spoke English and were very welcoming. We had a very nice stay. There’s a cabinet with drawers for your things, and the bathroom sink has plenty of space.

I’ve never written a negative review before, but this was the worst hotel experience of my life. We’d booked and paid to store our luggage, repack our things, and use the restroom before going out. We clearly told the staff we weren’t staying overnight, and had even booked an extra room. They were rude, kept telling us to leave, refused service, and eventually kicked us out without letting us use anything. They held onto our passports and made us sign a no-refund agreement before giving them back. We paid a high price and got nothing in return. We’d worked hard and saved for this end-of-year trip, so the whole thing was heartbreaking. This hotel doesn’t deserve our money. I strongly don’t recommend staying here.

The room was extremely spacious, and the staff had excellent service mind and spoke English very well. The location is good, close to Yeoksam and a subway station. Check-in is at 3 pm.

We arrived in the evening to a freezing room. I turned the heating all the way up and told reception, but nobody properly checked it or fixed it. The room stayed cold, which was especially uncomfortable with how cold it currently is in Seoul. We also struggled to explain the problem because the reception staff didn’t speak English well. Then the shower leaked water onto the bedroom floor and soaked the carpet, so we couldn’t use it. We went down with photos to show what had happened and were eventually moved to another room. We had a lot of luggage and were already exhausted after a long day. What bothered me most was how little they did to make things right. There was no gesture of goodwill or real effort to make up for the trouble. The next day I spoke to the manager, who just said “sorry” and offered no solution or compensation. A freezing room and a major leak in winter are unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. This was my second stay, but it’ll be my last. It’s one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be coming back.
