The place was really cold when we arrived, and it took over an hour to get to a normal temperature. As mentioned before, it's a bit far from the subway, and the decor is dated. The price is standard for a good central area. LV, Gucci, etc. are very nearby.

I can't believe management is blaming us for the blocked toilet. We reported the problem two days ago, and they said they'd handle it and move us to another room if they couldn't fix it. We got back late that night and it still wasn't fixed, so we asked again yesterday on our way out. They told us to use the toilet at a nearby Starbucks. When we returned last night, the toilet had been fixed, but our room hadn't been cleaned even though we'd left the "Make Room" sign. This morning it was blocked again, so I went to the office to ask for a room change. The woman at the desk started blaming us, saying we'd used too much toilet paper. Of course there'd be more than usual, since the toilet had been slow or half blocked ever since we checked in on 6/12. Instead of moving us or apologizing for the trouble, management treated us completely out of line. We'd been traveling for a month and stayed in six hotels before this one. This was the worst treatment we've had.

The stay was okay, though getting to the subway station takes a bit of distance.
