The room quality was poor, and there was a particular smell. All the rooms were smoking only. The bed and pillows were very stiff, and we woke up with back pain. Check-in time is from 10 pm until 12 noon.

I went by yesterday, Thursday, at about 4:30 PM to try to book a room. They said it was too early and asked me to pay a room fee, so I left, but they’re still charging me extra for the room. The place wasn’t clean, the service was awful, and the counter staff were rude. It felt like all they wanted was my money. I won’t go back. Cheongnyangni has better rooms and great service. Checkout there is at 1 PM, so that place seems better.

The room was clean and neat, and the big spa bathtub was nice. There was also a body-drying machine in front of the bathroom. Stand on it and cool air comes out to dry your whole body. I’d never seen that before, so it was a new experience. Drinks and snacks could be taken to the info area to eat, which was decorated with so many figures, almost like a fairy tale. I took a picture because they looked pretty. It cost a bit more since it was the weekend, but I thought it was worth it.

The facilities were okay, but the hair dryer was awkward to use. Parking was a pain too, since the lot was small and they advised us to park outside. The staff could be friendlier.

The cleaning was a mess. My phone charger didn’t work, so I checked the outlet and happened to look under the bed. I couldn’t believe what a disaster it was. The bed and desk were attached, but it looked like someone had ripped them apart and the bed was moving. How could anyone sleep with things in that state? I’m not doing that again.
