Friendly DH Naissance Hotel by Mindrum Group

The family room worked perfectly for us, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was light Korean food, with delicious soup and sides, and the value was great. One small issue came up with the sensor light in our room, and after we told the staff, someone came the next day to fix it. We were in Seoul with our two younger daughters, ages 2 and 6, and loved the hotel enough to wish we’d booked more nights. It’s very central for sightseeing, with the subway close by and elevators down to it that were useful with our stroller. There were lots of nearby places to eat with plenty of choices, and even a good hair salon next door. We’ll be back next time.

The room was clean and spacious, especially for Seoul, and check-in was smooth. Staff were friendly too. Shopping and places to eat are only a short walk away. Good value for money, and I’d recommend it for a short city stay.

We were happy with our stay at DH Naissance Seoul and would book again when we return. The hotel is close to key places, restaurants, stores, and the train station. Our room had plenty of space for luggage and other things, with room left to move around. They provided supplies like water and toiletries whenever we asked, and let us check in a few hours early. We’d also recommend it to friends visiting. Thank you!

The location made getting around easy, with the airport bus stop close by and the metro nearby too. There are also lots of restaurants and pubs just steps away if you’re after food or nightlife. We stayed two nights at the DH Renaissance Hotel and had no issues with our clean, spacious, comfortable room. The staff were the best part. Everyone we met was enthusiastic and eager to help, and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. It’s a straightforward hotel with a great location and friendly service. We’d absolutely stay again.
