Four Seasons Hotel Seoul

The location made it easy to get around Seoul, and we were lucky to get a fantastic room upgrade. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well kept. The gym was nicely equipped, though I couldn’t find the workout clothes the hotel usually provides. Angela Lee at the front desk remembered both me and my husband the next day, a small personal gesture that made us feel welcome. The concierge team got dinner reservations sorted easily, and I appreciated the email reminders confirming them. Staff throughout the hotel were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. We couldn’t get late checkout past 3-4pm because of high occupancy on NYD, which was understandable. Angela arranged for us to use the facilities to shower and freshen up before going to Incheon Airport, and we were grateful. We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul.

The breakfast is so good, with food from all over the world, and it’s easy to eat more than you planned. Lunch looked even better, especially the seafood selection. The hotel is also reasonably priced compared with other Four Seasons, even if staying here was a splurge for us. One night costs much less than a Michelin star dinner for two, and the experience was unforgettable. We liked the calm location, close enough to the palace, the temple, and Myeongdeong without feeling overwhelmed by the surroundings. For our honeymoon, the staff gave us special attention and handled every request. From check-in through checkout, the service was attentive, generous, and warm without feeling fake or overdone. It was my first stay at a Four Seasons, and they lived up to their reputation. The rooms are spacious, with timeless decor that has held up well even if it isn’t cutting edge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were generous, from bath salts and snacks to a great range of Chinese and Korean teas.

We were kept updated and reassured the whole time the team was trying to get my phone back. Another passenger had dropped it off at a different building, and Chad, Rachael, Sulgi, and Deokwon coordinated retrieving it and bringing it to us. My location services were off, but they kept looking for the taxi after I realized I’d left the phone in it. Chad from Guest Services noticed I was panicking while my fiancé was checking in and jumped in to help. Rachael at the front desk, who was helping my fiancé, also saw something was wrong and came over. Their kindness, professionalism, and effort really stayed with us. The rooms were beautifully appointed, the service was impeccable, and the location is close to major attractions and great food. We felt welcomed like old friends from the start. We had an outstanding stay at the Four Seasons Seoul and would absolutely encourage others to stay there. Thank you so much!!! 😊🫰🏼

The spa was lovely, and my pedicure was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep. Breakfast was great too, with options ranging from local Seoul food to more Western-style soul food. We stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. The location was pretty good, and the room was roomy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I’d love to come back.
