Hi Stay Jongno

The staff got back to me quickly, and free laundry was a great perk. I had a positive stay here.

We arrived early and the owner was helpful, taking our luggage and having it in the room by check-in. The rooms are clean and modern, the location is great, and free laundry is a big plus. Our bathroom was very cramped, though, and the shower over the toilet was awkward. My partner was too tall to use the overhead shower, but we managed. I’d still recommend the place and would come back.

The owner was helpful after I complained on WhatsApp and offered compensation, which I appreciated. The room itself was clean, though small, humid, and cramped, something we knew when booking. There’s a nice shared kitchen outside, with free coffee and laundry. The shower started smelling unpleasant after its first use. We’d booked three nights to recover after a long flight, but loud construction woke us from the morning onward. Nobody had mentioned any work at booking or check-in. Had we known, we wouldn’t have picked the place to rest. The noise may come from the location, the loud neighborhood, or other businesses in the building. The rooms are well separated from the rest of the facility, but we still found the noise irritating. We were angry that the room was so noisy in the morning.
