The heating kept me warm enough during my winter stay, and as a place to stay, it was okay. But the kitchen smelled awful, like it was full of grease. I think this place is also used as a rental studio, though I wouldn't recommend it for that. The ceilings are low and the space is narrow, and I think someone lives on the first floor. @0@
