10/10
The rooms, bathrooms, and whole building were very clean, and the facilities were excellent. It’s an excellent motel, comparable to the Sadang Art Museum Motel. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and movies are available on IP TV. You can rent a room for six hours for 30,000 won, close to standard motel hourly rates. The provided computer has modest specs, so gaming would be difficult.

8/10
Parking was a little awkward, but the room had what I needed, including a separate toilet and bathroom. Disposable items cost 1,000 won. Renaissance Hotel is in a busy, hotel-filled area near an intersection, and the price felt like very good value.

10/10
The room felt roomy, and the air conditioner was placed so it didn’t blow straight at the bed, which I liked. Soundproofing was really good, the bathroom was nice, and the water pressure was strong. Great value for money...

The price was affordable and competitive for Yeoksam, which left me very satisfied. Inside, everything was clean and comfortable.

The staff came across a bit unfriendly, but the place itself was very clean and stylish, with good facilities.
