I felt uncomfortable at check-in. You have to contact them from your personal phone to get the details, rather than through Agoda. There’s no reception, and a staff member took my card to charge it, then disappeared with it for about five minutes. The bathroom had mold everywhere. We only stayed one night, and I can’t imagine showering there for several nights. The price for that single night was high too, so I’d look at another guesthouse or area to save money.

The location is perfect, but the room could use more cleaning and a little space for a small table. Two large suitcases make it feel cramped. We only got small towels, and they weren’t replaced during our seven-day stay. The so-called breakfast was just a few snacks and a rice drink.

I was new to capsule dorm stays, and this one was really nice. It seems well suited to a woman traveling alone. One thing to watch: the address doesn’t come through clearly for Uber drivers, since it’s more than just Da-Woo House, it’s Da-Woo house 1. Be mindful of the location in Google Maps.

The bathroom was moldy, and flushing meant putting your hand into the toilet bowl. Very rudimentary, especially for the room price.
