The friendly service was a real help. I got moved up to a clean, comfortable room on the ninth floor, and as a woman staying alone, I felt at ease. My companion was on the third floor that day and said the room smelled of cigarettes and was uncomfortable. Maybe they were rushing to get rooms ready on a weekend evening.
The lobby’s brewed coffee is especially good, and the staff are friendly. I’m a fan of simple design, so I liked the clean, modern look. The bed was soft and the place was clean, all for a good price.
I slept in because the bedding was so soft. The place was surprisingly clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. They even had free Starbucks coffee right in front of the desk. Had a nice rest, heading out now.
After visiting Lotte World, I stayed here for one night. It’s not a place I’d bring children: the cigarette smell was strong, and the towels were worn. When I unfolded one, a whole handful of a woman’s long hair was stuck to it, so I had to ask for another. This is a motel, plain and simple, not hotel-level.
They’re kind, and the place isn’t bad. There’s a coupon card, so if you visit often, I think you can get a discount or an upgrade.
