Life Style F Hotel

I booked Hotel F for my brother-in-law, who was visiting from the States, because it's near my home and had good reviews. The room was large and impressive, with plenty of supplies, a big flat-screen TV, a comfortable couch, and a spacious bathroom with separate tub and shower. But when we walked in, the cigarette smell was unbearable. The front desk acted surprised, though there was an ashtray on the coffee table. They moved us to another room, but I was disappointed that nobody apologized. We could hear parties next door, so there's little noise isolation, and check-in was very late, at 9 PM. If you stay, ask firmly for a non-smoking room and bring earplugs. It has potential, but those flaws are glaring. I won't recommend it to future guests.
