Jongno Dana Hotel

Hotel Dana is the newest place to open in Jongno, with party rooms. I went on a Sunday evening after seeing reviews that praised the rooms, and the newness showed in the convenient parking. Parking in Jongno is usually tough, but the lot here is spacious and made it easy. The rooms come with bedding, 100% down bedding, silent refrigerators, Chaison hair dryers, hair straighteners, large UHD TVs, VOD and TV replay, and Netflix. It feels like they’ve thought carefully about what guests might need.

I was in town from the countryside for a two-night business trip, three days altogether, and mostly just rested. Since the hotel is newly built, it’s clean, and the staff are friendly. The parking lot is spacious too. I’d definitely stay again.

The room was clean and the soundproofing was decent. It did feel a little dark, though, and small flying bugs seem to get in from somewhere, which left me uneasy.

With friends, I booked one of the slightly bigger rooms and we had a great time. I think this is the best value for money around Jongno.
