What a terrible, shady experience. We were due to check in at 2200, but arrived at 1800 and asked if we could get in early. They charged an extra $86. I spent time asking why, but the woman at reception didn’t speak English. We were in the room for only 8 minutes. It was filthy, with hair in the tub and elsewhere. When we asked for a refund, we were told no because we’d been there more than 20 minutes, which wasn’t true. As we said we wanted to check out, she took the amenities bag and threw it on the counter. This has made me never want to come back to Seoul.

The room was in shocking shape, with dust and hair all over, uncomfortable dirty bedding, and a bad smell in the bathroom that put me off using it. The staff made me feel ignored and disrespected as a guest. The place looks nothing like the photos and wasn’t worth the price. I left feeling stressed, and I’d never stay here again or recommend it to people around me. Truly one of the worst places.

An hour before my 10 PM check-in, they canceled because of a water leak and said the room wasn’t available. They offered no alternative, and on a weekend night I couldn’t find another room. Hahaha. I was out of town having drinks with friends and was devastated. It was pouring, so I wound up staying awake all night in a secret room. ^^ The agency apologized, but the business that hadn’t maintained the facilities didn’t. They said, “The customer agreed to the cancellation, so we’re fine,” as if it were my fault. When I said I’d write a review, they even brought up a law firm and threatened to sue. Hahaha. Keep up the good work and prosper! ^^
