Our rooms hadn't been prepared or cleaned after the previous guests when we arrived. The walls had yellow stains and dust, and there was dust on the floors too. The sheets were stained yellow, and the toilet was cracked and dirty. The photos aren't real. Avoid this hotel. The service was terrible, and the staff were rude.

The staff were great, stationed near the entrance and friendly, ready to help with anything. The location is amazing: major attractions in central Seoul are a 5-20 minute walk away, and the metro and bus stations are close. The rooms were quite small and not very clean. I'd suggest staying a few nights, but no longer. Also, there's no elevator, which is a major issue if you have lots of luggage or are disabled.

Gross, smelly, and dirty. I know it's super cheap, but they left the last guest's trash under the bed. For 10 extra bucks a night, you can get something way better.

The room was tiny and basic, with nowhere to hang clothes, and the walls let through conversations from next door and the main entrance. We checked out the same day in desperation. We booked five nights, but there was no hot water in the shower, even after we told the manager and he said he'd checked the boiler. We let the water run for 10 minutes and it was still cold, so we had to bathe in winter without hot water. There was no room heater. The manager gave us a portable one, but it stopped working after 15 minutes. We weren't given towels either, only four floor mats, and asking didn't get us any towels. There's no elevator: with huge bags, we had to climb three flights to check in and another two to reach our room. I'd never come back. Book at your own risk.
