The owner was polite throughout, and the apartment is close to the subway and a huge Lotte grocery shop. Cleanliness needs work, especially in the toilet, where there was a lot of grease and dirt around the fixtures and in the gaps. Other areas had stains and dust too. The hangers and bedroom and bathroom slippers looked overused, as did the old umbrellas in the cupboards.

The apartment felt spacious, cozy, and clean, and the location was very handy, right across from Seoul Station and Lotte Mart. I could hear the upstairs neighbors while sleeping on the second floor, though, since it isn’t fully soundproof.

Getting around was easy because of the location, but the apartment had some real drawbacks. The bathroom felt cramped, and since the place isn't serviced, the utensils hadn't been cleaned. The upper level is small too, and you have to crouch to use it.

The building and room are both old, but the location makes things very convenient. Seoul train and metro station, Lotte Mart, and Lotte Department Store are just across one road.

Really enjoyed the place. The view was nice, it was pretty clean and good value, and the staff were so helpful. I'd be glad to stay here again.
